Collaboration related to promoting customer's digital transformation (DX)
We are pleased to announce that KDDI Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (Location: Kuala Lumpur, Representative: Masaki Matsuura) and Aibots Sdn. Bhd. (Location: Johor Bahru, Representative: Mahathir) are starting collaboration on business consulting services to promote digital transformation for Japanese companies and local companies that operating in Malaysia.
Malaysia has remarkable economic development, but there are big issues, such as aging and black-boxed systems, systems that are not optimal for the field, low awareness in organization, being unable to come up with idea, which block the progress of digital transformation.
